AIR BLAST FREEZER (-40°C) - (-60°C)
Air blast freezer is a freezing machine specifically designed to rapidly lower the temperature of food or other sensitive products. Unlike regular household freezers that freeze food slowly, air blast freezers use a combination of extremely low air temperatures between -40°C and -60°C and high-speed air circulation directed directly at the product.

- Reducing Weight Loss. Prevent excessive water evaporation from the product during the freezing process.
